On this site you are able to use PayPal to buy greetings cards direct from us. All cards are sold SINGLY, and a flat rate of £0.60 is charged for delivery on each complete order within the UK. All prices are shown in UK pounds sterling (£). No VAT is charged on any transactions.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Click on the image of the card you wish to purchase and then click on the "ADD TO CART" link. This will open a new window in which you can see the details of the card you are buying. You can then amend the quantities should you wish to purchase more than one card of that design.

Online payment facilities are provided by PayPal and all transactions are subject to their terms and conditions.

We will contact you to confirm our receipt of your order. This will normally be within 2 working days. Business hours are normally 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday but we may take slightly longer to reply if we are busy with other projects. Our confirmation email will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us.

If you wish to negotiate wholesale prices this must be done by prior discussion and agreement. Contact us by email with your proposal.

Orders delivered outside the UK will be charged at cost. All deliveries within the UK will be charged at £0.60 GBP per order.

Delivery Schedule We aim to deliver, or have ready for collection, your order within 3-7 days, subject to availability.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges VAT is not charged on any sales.

Privacy Policy Barton Cottage Pottery does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy If an order is faulty we will do our best to remedy the issue. Please contact us with any queries. Please inform us within three days of delivery of any damage and retain the packaging for our inspection.
